The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. We stopped by the hotel early to drop our luggage off but were met with the surprise of a free early check-in in addition to a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. We were also able to check out late at 1 pm free of cost, and the luggage hold was amazing. The room was spacious, and the hotel had a lovely pool as well. Great location near lots of food and the City Square Mall. There is a bus station nearby to get into the city center of Singapore and the MRT station is a 10 minute walk away.

Some of the nice things I liked - The room was bright cause of the windows. - The room had a nice comfortable bed and also had all the toiletries and etc for a comfortable stay. - The room had heavy curtains to close out the light so you can sleep in. - The staff were friendly. - The WIFI was really good and strong. - the hotel was located in a very good location. Easy to the neighborhood around by walking and also a MRT station nearby

1. Sophisticated & comfortable. 2. Quiet room - it was at the very end of the corridor. 3. Decent rooftop pool - Safe & clean. 4. Cleaning staff always smiling and greeting whenever we meet in the corridor.

Comfortable bed, room nice with sofa near window can sit by the side readings, aircon was good user friendly to control temperature

Not extra spacious, but it had enough space in case one needed to finish anything (work or videocall) in the room. The room was spotless and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and in a nice area with many restaurants and bars open until late night. The staff is also very kind.

Nice room, but beds are on the short side. I am 1.9m and my ankles were hanging in the air. Luckily, I was so tired every day that sleeping was not a problem. Beds and pillows are comfy. Location is ok, for that price - 10 minutes walking to the subway and bus lines.

Clean and located on a quiet street. The nearest station is Lavender station in East West line.
